Andrew Reise Services LLC ("Andrew Reise," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Value Compass evaluation tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using the Service.

When you use the Service, we collect the following information that you provide directly:

  • Company name
  • Industry or sector
  • Revenue range and approximate employee count
  • Geographic markets
  • Your job title
  • Work email address
  • Description of CX challenges or pain points
  • Selected Value Compass® levers

We also collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Generate your personalized Value Compass evaluation report
  • Email your report to the address you provide
  • Store your report at a private link so you can access or share it
  • Improve the quality of our AI-generated evaluations
  • Contact you regarding your report or our services (if you consent)

4. How We Store Your Information

Report data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Reports are accessible via a private UUID-based URL. We do not publish reports publicly. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Anthropic — AI model provider used to generate report content. Input data is processed per Anthropic's privacy and data usage policies.
  • Supabase — Database hosting for leads and reports.
  • Resend — Email delivery service for sending reports.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers listed above only to the extent necessary to operate the Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain report and lead data to allow you to access your report via its private link. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at the address below and we will remove it within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at connect@andrewreise.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
